This person will use a balance of technology and business skills, working closely with sales, engineering, knowledge architects and product management to deliver outstanding implementations of Enterprise Software Solutions
Responsibilities:
•
Lead in the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of the technical aspects of knowledge management solutions.
•
Focus on quality deliverables for customers, utilizing strong technical skills and the proven implementation methodology.
•
Leverage application development and team leadership skill to develop effective teams
•
Collaborate with customer personnel and partners in a success-oriented project team environment.
•
Participate in implementing and testing of new releases
Requirements:
•
Solid grasp of language, composition, and structure; foreign language skills a plus
•
Demonstrate clear and effective verbal and written communication skills during interactions with customers, partners and fellow team members
•
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
•
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels across a client's organizational structure
•
Ability to lead and influence clients; ability to facilitate joint design sessions with clients; ability to develop and deliver formal and informal training to clients
•
Ability to identify, understand, and analyze complex customer problems; ability to translate customer needs into requirements and detailed designs
•
Ability to develop strategic plans, tactics, and operational plans as it pertains to content organization and management
•
Ability to adapt to various client environments and corporate cultures
•
Requires solid functional and technical knowledge of enterprise software applications and SDLC methodologies
•
Must be able to engage in technical discussions with clients and internal team about project requirements
Education/Training:
•
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Equivalent
•
Six to ten years experience in complex business and technical environments
•
3+ years as a technical lead.
•
3 years with Object-Oriented technologies, including hands on programming skills in Java
•
Proven expertise in web programming, including use of HTML and other client-side technologies
•
Experience in Web methods programming using Flow services; experience with n-tiered products; experience with data-modeling or business logic application
