1 Manager Data Services
• 10+ years experience in architecting, administering, supporting, defining, designing, managing, and implementing large scale database systems for OLTP and OLAP applications in a heterogeneous database and operating system environment.
• Experience with IBM DB2 for z/OS and Microsoft SQL Server are absolutely required.
• Experience with IBM DB2 UDB beneficial.
• 5+ years managing multiple teams of database administrators absolutely required.
• 5+ years of data warehouse experience absolutely required.
Certifications
DB2 or SQL Server certifications highly preferred
Six Sigma, ITIL highly preferred
Project Management Professional desired
2 Manager - Operations
• 10+ years experience managing the 24x7x365 production operations of large scale enterprise systems in a heterogeneous IBM mainframe and Microsoft Windows Server operating environment is absolutely required.
• 10+ years experience managing multiple 24x7x365 production support teams responsible for: IBM z/OS and z-Series servers, Microsoft servers with clustering, Microsoft web server hosting, Cisco LAN, WAN, and IDS/IPS equipment, storage area networks, telecommunications, and Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory, and help desk is absolutely required.
• 5+ years managing data center operations in a SAS 70, BS 7799, ISO 27001, ITIL, or telco-grade environment is absolutely required.
Certifications
ITIL red badge absolutely required.
Six Sigma and Project Management Professional desired.
3 Manager - Technical Services
• 10+ years experience in architecting, administering, supporting, defining, designing, managing, and implementing large scale enterprise systems in a heterogeneous, IBM mainframe and Microsoft Windows Server, operating environment is absolutely required.
• 10+ years experience managing multiple teams that architect, design, and support: IBM z/OS and z-Series servers, Microsoft servers with clustering, Microsoft web server hosting, Cisco LAN, WAN, and IDS/IPS equipment, storage area networks, telecommunications, and Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory is absolutely required.
• 2+ years experience managing teams supporting a virtual server or virtual desktop infrastructure is absolutely required
• Demonstrated experience with all of the following: server and network security hardening, penetration and vulnerability testing, disaster recovery planning and execution, U.S. and international security and privacy regulations affecting data transmission and storage, and disaster recovery planning and execution specifically related to LAN, WAN, server, storage, and telecomm infrastructure is absolutely required.
Certifications
ITIL minimum blue badge absolutely required.
Industry recognized technical credentials highly desired.
Six Sigma and Project Management Professional desired.
4 Manager -- Control
• 10+ years experience in information technology audit and security in a large scale heterogeneous, IBM mainframe and Microsoft Windows Server, enterprise environment are absolutely required.
• 10+ years experience managing the quality assurance or change control function for information systems, software, and technology in a large scale heterogeneous, IBM mainframe and Microsoft Windows Server, enterprise environment is highly desired.
Certifications
CISA absolutely required.
ITIL red badge absolutely required.
Other Skills for all Positions
• 5+ years managing an operational budget is absolutely required.
• Experience with the following: CMM, ITIL, CObIT, BS 7799, ISO 27001/20000, and SAS 70; Software Development Life Cycle methodologies, Six Sigma principles, statistical process control, project management methodologies, and Sarbanes Oxley section 404 is absolutely required.
Educational background
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/MIS or equivalent is absolutely required.
Masters Degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science or related field highly desired
Communication skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of organization.
• Excellent presentation skills in one-on-one and small group situations to business partners, vendors and others.
