Should be responsible for :
1) Handling customer communication to understand the business context and capable of making corrections if necessary
2) Is able to indpendently create the business context diagram and design the target ER-Model for the customer
3) Should get into fair level of development, must have good experience in SQL and write stored procs. SSIS skills a must
4) Should be able to coordinate between the COBOL resource and SSIS
