Position Description:

Responsibilities:

Administers the quality management program in accordance with company standards and business needs; provides leadership for the continuous development, implementation, and improvement of processes and standards throughout the development life cycle.
Responsibilities include facilitation and coordination across IT departments for analysis, reviews, quality standard compliance, and reporting.
Perform development life cycle process analysis for all technologies and development methodologies
Review and understand technical and non-technical materials as applicable to process engineering and audit functions
Conduct audits to verify records, compliance with standards, policies, and procedures
Actively work with cross-functional IT teams to continuously improve processes and standards
Facilitate meetings; document and present findings

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

At least five plus years progressively responsible IT systems experience including Total Quality Management (TQM), ISO9000, Six Sigma, or other quality management program
Experience identifying, developing, and documenting processes and procedures
Ability to lead efforts in implementing and improving development life cycle standards and best practices
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to asses risks and impacts (technical and non-technical)
Previous IT project lead experience in project management, business systems, development, and systems/software testing
Ability to multitask and handle ambiguity

Desired Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley a plus
