· Application support to IT client group - interaction involves:
· Design whiteboard sessions
· Serving as a functional SME resource for applications
· Producing analysis documentation to assist IT groups in meeting requirements
· General support to direct supervisor on key, critical items deemed high priority by client demands
· General support to peers on key, critical items deemed high priority by client demands
· VZB, MCI, or VZ experience preferred
