MERIDIAN Technology Group is seeking a PeopleSoft HR/TL Consultant RS6577 with 5+ years experience in PeopleSoft Time and Labor, HRMS and Payroll modules, including K-12. Must have PeopleSoft 8.9 experience. Multiple Time and Labor implementations including fit/gap analysis, system configuration including TRC programs, workgroups, paygroups, approval process, Time and Labor rules development and testing. Ability to translate customer requirements into functional Time and Labor definitions, create mock-up pages, define reports requirements and work with IT to complete the development required. PS 9.0 experience a plus.
You will gather functional requirements for timekeeping processes. Analyze requirements to determine which functions are met by the delivered Time and Labor module and which will require custom development. Create mock-ups and specifications for customized screens and reports. Communicate with functional staff and IT staff. Coordinate functional and system testing. Develop PS queries to support HR, finance and management reporting requirements. Develop user training document and transfer knowledge of the time and labor configuration to customer staff as needed.
