SHORT SCOOP: Degreed with market research & statistical (SAS, SPSS) analysis exp; project management a must (PMP or equivalent cert preferred).
SUMMARY:
The Marketing Genius & Business Analyst develops and oversees the company's leading market research software solutions portfolio. He/she deploys interactive analytic solutions for Fortune 100 clients, develops digital/mobile media market solutions and selects data mining and predictive analytics solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Works with internal and client stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and represent requirements for enhanced system and business process capabilities
* Works with tech team members to develop business solutions based on requirements
* Ensures new or enhanced solutions satisfy requirements and deliver value
* Leads both projects and change management plans associated with portfolio investments
* Acquires expert knowledge of existing business and technical processes
* Researches and introduces new revenue opportunities
* Assists with the documentation and execution of system testing as appropriate
* Involved in client/customer team activities
* Active in external market research and participates in special projects/task forces as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
* PMP or equivalent certification preferred
* Must have Market Research industry knowledge
* Knowledge of statistical toolsets (e.g. SPSS, SAS, etc.)
* Possesses strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills, including facilitation and presentations
* Proficiently analyze and document customer requirements of varying complexity.
* Leads business transformation projects
* Manages complex project plans and remote/3rd party resources
* Collaborates with others to resolve complex issues and innovative solutions
* Demonstrated ability to manage work load and schedule to meet project budget & deadlines.
