Job Description:
Looking for SAP idoc analysts to perform off-hour (weekends, holidays, and 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm during the week) monitoring of business critical Logistics related EDI messages. Provide quick response and turnaround time for idoc failures, coordinate resolution through various support and business teams. SAP technical background or consulting expertise is not required.
Skill Sets
* Knowledge of Supply Chain/Logistics related business processes, food industry experience is a plus
* SAP knowledge, EDI and/or SAP super user experience is a plus
* Ability to work across multiple functional IT & business groups
* Proven learning agility in new and fast paced environment
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Management Information Systems, or related fields
* 1-2 years experience in related business or IT area.
* Computer literacy in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
* Highly organized, self-motivated, self-managed, with excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills
