Supervise a small team of conversion engineers that convert clients from other 3rd party accounting solutions to the company suite of back office products, including Juris, PCLaw and TimeMatters. This person is responsible for keeping management apprised of status of all conversions, communicating conversion escalations to clients, and providing with the project managers with detailed balance results of conversions. This person will also be responsible for completing conversions.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 7 years working with RDMBS such as SQL, Oracle, DB2.
2. Preferred experience working with SQL Server SSIS
3. Preferred familiarity with general accounting principles and practices
4. Minimum 3 years performing data conversions
5. Must be able to manage projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
6. Must be able to communicate complex conversion issues to clients in a manner that they can understand
Accountabilities:
1. Manage both on-site and remote team of employees
2. Supervise work products of direct reports
3. Manage quality of all work products for team
4. Develop and maintain conversion strategy for all company back-office solutions
5. Provide periodic status updates to management for on-going conversions
6. Communicate conversion issues with clients
7. Provide project management with detailed reconciliation reports for each conversion
8. Provide consultative services to the sales team and prospective clients concerning cost and expectations of conversions
