The SAP Transportation Analyst will contribute to the development, implementation and execution of the Transportation, Routing, Freight Costing and Yard Management segments of the SAP Order to Cash Process.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Act as subject matter expert in the development of processes related to the following areas: inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, routing, freight costing, ATP, foreign trade, and associated reporting requirements
• Transportation, Routing and Freight Costing SAP Configuration
• Identify best practices to aid in the blueprinting, realization, testing & roll-out phases
• Assess the business and application requirements from the functional business owners, conduct gap analysis and develop functional specifications and drive their development and testing.
• Deliver and maintain project documentation
• Train and perform knowledge transfer to business units including training documentation and 'go live' user support
• Realization and Final Preparation
• Complete configuration to specifications and documentation
• Unit Testing and Associated Scripts and Results for configuration
• Create and conduct Acceptance Testing for Development Objects
• Create and conduct Integration Testing, scripts, and test results
• Prepare Production Readiness Testing, scripts, and test results
• Accurately complete Cutover Tasks on schedule
• Log and resolve defects from testing cycles
• Provide support at deployment as needed
• Bachelors or University degree in Computer Science or related field
• Full lifecycle SAP R3 implementation experience with an understanding of Transportation modules and how each module will be implemented.
• Strong project management experience and proven successful track record on cross-functional team projects
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to build a business case for proposed solution
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.
• Strong understanding of data quality issues and ability to recommend best practices for ensuring / validating data quality
• Excellent verbal communications skills, strong analytical skills, and demonstrated ability in fostering teamwork and creating a positive, productive work environment.
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to work under tight timelines.
• Expert skills with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong understanding of Solution Manager.
• Experience with Flowcharting (VISIO or MS Projects).
• Ability to facilitate workshops and meetings.
• Strong time management skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and ability to prioritize tasks
