We are searching for a smart, creative Software Training Manager with Java or C++ skills and an active TS/SCI to join our client's team in Tysons Corner, VA.
Our client is a software product and services firm that works with the Intelligence Community, DoD, and large commercial organizations to tackle some of their most complex problems. In particular, our client builds and implements solutions that identify important events that occur in large complex sets of data and that manage the responses to those events. They are also exploring applications of new technologies, such as Google Analytics and Cloud Computing.
In this role, you will build our client's software product training curriculum and deliver training classes to customers, partners, and employees. You'll work with Federal Sales, Commercial Sales, and internal Human Resources to arrange and deliver training classes at customer sites and at the company headquarters in Tyson's Corner, VA.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Active TS/SCI clearance or higher
- 2+ years of experience providing training on software products and/or systems
- 5+ years of hands-on software experience, including programming
- experience programming in Java or C++
- strong interpersonal and public speaking skills
The following experience is a plus, but is not strictly required:
- experience with SOA (service oriented architecture), EAI (enterprise application integration), BAM (business activity monitoring), or CEP (complex event processing)
- experience working with DoD and the Intelligence Community
The salary for this position will be between 100K and 120K, depending on your experience and skills.
