Job description:
Human Capital Management currently seeks an IT Administrator/System Engineer for a Financial Client in Malvern, PA. Key job responsibilities include:

* Configure and maintain security appliances (firewalls) and troubleshoot networking issues
* Assist with design and management of Active Directory and Exchange 2003 Servers
* Build and Manage VMWare ESX servers in multiple locations
* Configure, monitor and troubleshoot backup jobs and data replication
* Develop, implement and enforce enterprise policies
* Assist remote administrators with desktop and server issues
* Assist staff with hardware and software procurement
* Document procedures, processes and support/maintenance activity
* Maintain and advance relationships with vendors and service providers


Technologies Required:

* Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 server
* Microsoft Exchange Server 2003
* Strong Active Directory/Group Policy/DNS Experience
* VMware ** ESX Server, Virtual Center, Consolidated Backup, VMotion
* Juniper Netscreen SSL/VPN Appliance or other Firewall Experience


Technologies Desired:

* EMC Celerra SAN
* Microsoft SQL Server 2005\MSDE
* Symantec Backup Exec 11d
* Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition
* Linux Experience
