THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting directly to the VP of Engineering, and working closely with the Director of Software Development, your role is to continue to embed the QA discipline and continuously implement and enhance QA "best practices" throughout the software engineering and QA teams. This is an exciting role working with very interesting and complex technologies. It is an opportunity to make your mark within the organization by building and implementing a formal, structured QA discipline that will make a real difference in the quality of the software produced.

THE REQUIREMENTS

Our ideal candidate is a highly experienced and talented QA Director, with a strong background developing QA processes and practices for complex, distributed enterprise software with very large and complex databases. You have experience working with software used by a Fortune 500 customer base distributed worldwide. And most importantly, you have strong commitment to and a proven track record in developing "best practice" QA processes that result in top of class software. Experience with Common Criteria certification is a definite asset.
