Job Summary
We're looking for someone who will take ownership for the design and development of major components and sub-systems using JavaScript and Web Services-based technologies. In this role you will be a key contributor to the architecture of a Web 2.0 UI framework. Our ideal candidate will have both JavaScript and CSS expertise, but we will consider JavaScript-only candidates with excellent skills. In this role you will develop comprehensive unit tests and contribute to system-level test design and execution. Take ownership for ongoing development and management of XHTML, CSS and JavaScript implementations and utilize code libraries for use in AJAX driven interfaces.
JavaScript Skills:
• Practitioner of "unobtrusive JavaScript" techniques required.
• Comfort with the Prototype Framework is desired.
• Experience with the Ext JavaScript Library a huge plus.
• script.aculo.us experience also valued.
CSS Skills:
• Must enjoy the challenge of creating multiple CSS-only driven themes in an environment with underlying well-tagged XHTML markup rarely changes.

Requirements:
• 3 to 12 years experience with Web development.
• Good overall understanding of the product development lifecycle and software development lifecycle methodologies.
• BS or BA preferred.
