The resource will provide analysis, development, and testing services to the NBH IHUB team to support the IHUB Re-engineering project. This resource will work with the Re-engineering project team. This resource will convert and test existing routing rules and database objects, written in C++, to Java as part of the migration to a new IHUB platform.
Top level technical expert in one or more highly specialized phases of applications programming. Acts independently under general direction. Provides technical consulting on complex projects. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications programming.
Behavior Characteristics:
Eight years of experience in programming and systems analysis. Three years of experience in project management is preferred.
