Technical Editor - Online Business Services
A newly formed online business services group is in need of a Technical Editor who thrives in change and likes free-flowing processes. The Technical Editor will work on both new and existing documentation. Since this is such a new team, there is room for creativity! The Editor may also help re-vamp their style guide or work with other teams as time allows.
Team environment and overview:
Serve 5 different products
Package products as solutions to clients such as offering hosting capabilities to companies
Provide services (such as data and storage systems) to smaller companies
Technical Editor responsibilities:
Developmental and copy editing for both an end user and IT Pro audience
Assist with style guide maintenance and recording
Training will be provided on the job for example, but not limited to DocStudio, XML and Product Studio
