Email Support Analyst

5 months contract in Plano, TX


Job Description:

Working directly with PepsiCo's divisions and user community and the PBSG operations and help desk teams.
Oversee day-to-day messaging functions at PepsiCo sites worldwide, including Windows 2003 administration, Exchange 2003 administration, backup and recovery, security, user support, monitoring, and maintenance
Implement system implementation plans within assigned projects.


Skill Sets

Windows 2003, MS Exchange 2003 server - Required 3 Years experience
TCP/IP including DNS, WINS, SMTP, SNMP, FTP, and HTTP - Required 3 Years experience
AD Domain Security model - Required 2 Years experience


Required Qualifications

Candidate should be able to interface with the BU's and in-country admins on Email related initiatives and provide support and/or solutions.
Should be able to escalate critical Operational issues to key service providers and vendors in a timely manor in order to ensure that services are restored within approved SLA's
Candidate should possess a working knowledge of Exchange and AD to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues, while escalating to Email Engineering or AD Engineers as needed.
