Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a Support Specialist position.
The position description is as follows:
-Provide excellent customer service, written, verbal and telephone skills necessary to represent the company in a favorable manner to enhance our customer's customer service experience.
-Provides first line technical and application support to all company customers.
-Handles customer requests for company hardware and software assistance.
-Updates knowledge base on a regular and consistent basis.
-Logs and maintains status information on all support calls.
-Maintains a thorough understanding of the product and functionality of the system.
-Proactively works to find improvements in procedures.
-Adapt to changes and multi task if necessary.
Requirements:
GAMING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED
Excellent customer service skills
Superior written, verbal and telephone skills necessary to effectively communicate with customers
Bachelor's degree or customer service, gaming or I.T. related experience.
Solid troubleshooting skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
