Job Description:
Check metal building details for accuracy. Provide clear, timely and accurate drawings of custom pre-engineered metal building systems utilizing engineering design software in accordance with design calculations. Interpret technical questions pertaining to details. Effectively communicate to manufacturing personnel the requirements needed to fabricate building systems. Make revisions upon customer request.
Responsibilities:
Read blueprints, operate a personal computer and communicate effectively with other employees and customers.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) required and knowledge of MBS and detailing is a plus. Must be licensed as a Professional Engineer in the United States and have experience in metal building design.
