Our systems are optimized for the leading Operating Systems: Sun Solaris, Linux and Microsoft Windows. We are growing and have a opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer / Windows and device driver expereince.
This position is for a Senior Engineer with the x64 Server group. The candidate will bring-up Windows on new hardware and troubleshoot the issues that arise, research new technologies, and develop and maintain software.
Responsibilities include root cause analysis, proposing fixes, problem tracking and resolution, and working with cross-functional teams.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: C or C++ language. Detail oriented. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Senior programmer with Windows system-level development experience in kernel-level programming and/or device driver development, Windows debugging, and DDK. Team player, candidate must be able to work with multiple engineering groups and teams.
Experience with high performance servers and high performance x86/x64-based multiprocessor system architecture.
Minimum 6 years experience.
