We currently have a client with the following permanent position:
Title: Systems Analyst - Data Warehouse
Skills: 5+ years of programming experience utilizing T-SQL, .NET, C# and/or Java and excellent communication skills is required. Experience working with or building a data warehouse is preferred.
Location: Tampa, FL
Tax term: FULLTIME
The successful applicant should be experienced with basic data warehousing concepts such as 3rd normal form, snowflake schema, table partitioning and tuning SQL queries.
Exposure to business intelligence reporting tools is a plus. Reporting Services, Analysis Services and Integration Services experience is desired. Applicant must have experience writing T-SQL code on SQL Server. The ideal candidate would have worked on at least one data warehouse system of 200GB in size or larger.
Applicants should be able to clearly articulate complex technical ideas and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
They must possess the ability to translate business needs into data analysis and reporting solutions. This individual will ensure that new and existing systems meet business requirements and practices and that all application interface issues and concerns are understood, documented and addressed satisfactorily.
They should be comfortable working in a team environment under tight deadlines and be able to translate business requirements into technology solutions. An educational background in computer science mathematics logic, or a related field is highly preferred.
Requirements include basic data warehousing concepts and programming experience with T-SQL, .Net or C#. Individual will be required to participate in on-call rotation.
