Full Requirement:

Responsibilities:
· Developing custom applications using BMC's Remedy ARS toolset
· Maintaining and enhancing existing applications using BMC's Remedy ARS toolset
· Maintaining and customizing BMC off-the-shelf software products
· Integrating third-party software and hardware products into our environment

The ideal candidate will have:

- At least 5 years of solid ARS experience, including administration and development, RAC certification preferred
- Experience with BMC Atrium 2.0
- Certification from BMC indicating proficiency in the toolset
- ITIL certification and practical experience
- Experience with ARS on Linux and Oracle
- Adept with UNIX scripting
- Understands database concepts and how the applications interact with the database
- Java, .NET and other MS SW dev skills a plus
- Professional services background w previous consulting experience
