Schindler Systems, a start-up Flex development company, is seeking an experienced Flex developer for part-time contract work. The successful incumbent would perform the work remotely to begin with, working in the office once office space has been secured. Though the work would be on a contract-by-contract basis to begin with, the aim is for the incumbent to become the first full-time employee. The compensation for this position would start out lower than that of competing companies, but would rise substantially and in proportion to company profit. Schindler Systems is poised for rapid growth as a developer of Flex online reports for large companies. The successful incumbent will be someone who thoroughly enjoys developing with Flex, is professional, is technically adept, learns quickly on his or her own, has a passion for solving problems, and has a desire to come in on the ground floor of a successful company. Finally, a passion for skiing would be helpful, since there will be company ski trips.
