We are looking for experienced communication system engineers for a client in the Philadelphia area.

Compensation: Base salaries are open but we are targeting $80-120,000 depending on skill and experience level. Excellent benefits package. A generous relocation package (sorry, no 3rd party house buys).

Required Skills: Technical bachelors degree with 2+ years systems engineering experience. A complete understanding of the systems engineering process from systems concept phase through systems test. Adept at... Functional Analysis, Requirements Allocation & Traceability, Trade-off Studies, System Synthesis and System Evaluation (Integration & Verification Testing). A working knowledge of any standard system engineering process
including: MIL-STD-499, EIA-632, IEEE 1220 or ISO 15288. Strong verbal, written, and people development skills.

Pluses: Graduate degree (s). Have held at least a DOD Secret level clearance within the past 2 years. Development experience in any of the following areas would be considered highly beneficial: Information Assurance (Type 1, commercial IPSEC, hardware/software based encryption, key management, secure
communications both wired and wireless), tactical recorders, SIGINT systems, or unattended ground sensors.
