Responsibilities:
• Oversees planning, development, implementation and improvement of manufacturing methods, processes and equipment for new and existing products in accordance with existing ISO, GMP and Medical Device requirements.
• Manages and ensures high level of Lean Six Sigma, FMEA, statistical experimental design, project engineering, and quality standards necessary to deliver innovative processes in a timely manner.
• Develops strategies on process/product development timelines, project priorities and related departmental programs and budgets.
• Displays excellent technical leadership to ensure products are optimally designed for manufacturing as well as hiring, training and developing engineering staff.
Requirements:
• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related
• Minimum of 10 yrs med dev experience
• Previous exp. in project management and budgetary responsibility
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Excellent organizational, planning and implementation skills
