We are searching for a smart, creative OO Software Engineer with strong customer interaction skills and an active TS/SCI with CI or Full Scope Polygraph to join our client's team in Columbia, MD.
Our client is a software firm that works with the Intelligence Community to tackle some of the most complex problems it faces. In particular, our client builds and implements solutions that identify important events that occur in large complex sets of data and that manage the responses to those events. They are also exploring Intelligence Community applications of new technologies, such as Google Analytics and Cloud Computing.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Active TS/SCI with CI or Full Scope Polygraph
- 3+ years of strong experience working with an OO development langauge, such as Java, C++, ADA, C#, or Ruby
- A willingness to make Java your primary development language
- Strong customer-facing skills and experience working on client sites
- A creative, problem-solving approach to technical work and a strong attention to detail
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment where specific engagements and customer sites change on a regular basis
- An ability to work in a collaborative, idea-generating environment where egos do not get in the way of solving problems
Our client offers a strong compensation plan. Salaries are expected in the 120K - 160K range, depending on skills and experience.
