The Allen Group is a Norwalk, CT based e-business/software company looking for a Programmer/Analyst with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in all aspects of web and software development.
We are looking for a savvy, well rounded individual with a strong programming background and project management/client interaction experience. The candidate will be mainly responsible for the management and implementation of software projects and development of custom web applications.
Requirements:
• At least 4-6 years of hands on programming/web development experience
• Expertise in the following areas: Web Development/Database integration skills, on Linux platforms (LAMP stack), PHP, MySQL, XML, HTML, Java Script.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Project Management skills a big plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and planning skills
• Must be able to work both in a team environment and independently
• Interface daily with clients as the primary point of contact
