Staff position for a flash design/developer at one of the advertising biggies. This perm job preludes with a 1-10 day trial period at $35/hr, but after that it gets really, really, fantastically $85,000-ish. This is a leading role for a banner animator and coder. Utilizing a dual-ended skillset, this person must be able to design the animation in Flash and AfterEffects, creat user experiences and customization with XML and PHP. ActionScripting skills should be first-rate as this is a tween-free shop.
