Burton Snowboards is seeking a highly-motivated help desk technician to support our growing Irvine campus. In this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for all IT troubleshooting issues in a diverse computing environment. This position will investigate and resolve both simple and complex computer hardware and software issues, as well as provide regional support for our local server and network infrastructures. Some regional travel is required.

Qualified candidates will possess 2-3 years hands-on experience troubleshooting/repairing hardware and supporting Microsoft Office applications in both Macintosh and Windows environments, as well as managing user accounts, file shares, printers on both platforms, and supporting the Adobe Creative Suite. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to proactively interact with all levels of employees is a must. Preferred candidates will have prior experience in supporting telephone moves, adds, changes, as well as a basic premise wiring knowledge. Previous administrative experience in an OS X server environment is a plus. Certified professionals are encouraged to apply.
