Fully funded start-up company. Great opportunity.development and implementation of web based applications for both internal and external use. This candidate will work closely with cross functional teams (Engineering, Customer Experience, Business), using his/her knowledge of Java/XML/CSS to help build new applications in a small team of developers and architects. KOWLEDGE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • BS/BA in Computer Science, Design, or related discipline • Knowledge of full life cycle development process • Basic Linux/Unix OS knowledge required • 1-3 years experience developing complete Java-based, database-driven web applications • 1-3 years experience in software development in both front and back-end using Java, Java Servlets and XML • 1+ years experience in using SQL to query relational databases (RDBMS) • 1+ years experience in web development, including HTML, CSS. Flash experience a plus • 1+ years experience in web development using AJAX and JavaScript IDEAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES • Ability to work in a fast paced, iterative development environment with short turn-around times • Ability to multi-task • Ability to work as a team or individually as needed • Strong web page design and layout skills preferred • Experience with source control systems such as SVN/CVS preferred Standard Options package with will be granted upon approval. Will report directly to CTO.

Posiibility of working remotely.This is a full-time position and not a contract.
