Our client is a dynamic, growth-oriented, entrepreneurial provider of project management, engineering and construction services. The Company's sales volume is just under $5 billion and is experiencing exponential growth opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the Global Support Services Southeast regional desktop support staff.
• Directs, establishes, plans and implements the policies and procedures to support the organization's business applications and technical infrastructure.
• Manages IT projects and project teams.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.
• May report directly to an executive.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in a related area
• 4 to 10 years of experience including IT management experience.
• Must be familiar with project scheduling and project budgeting and familiar with a wide area of technical and business concepts.
• Experience in: MS Windows Environment, Help Desk ticketing system, Project Management, LAN/WAN.
• Experience in an engineering and construction environment
• Experience managing multiple locations in multiple states is desirable.
