Lead Business Analyst. Position is in downtown Columbia. Responsibilities: Development of new systems/applications such as Enterprise Data Warehouse, installation of purchased systems/applications such as Microsoft CRM and SharePoint, modification enhancements to existing systems/applications and development of methods and procedures. Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications. Requirements: Four year degree in business, accounting or computer science or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience of successfully fulfilling the business data analyst role of software projects. Knowledge of banking operations or financial industry experience a plus. Knowledge of .NET, Web and Relational Database (SQL) technologies is a plus.
