Provideo Plus Incorporated, Your Total Recruiting Provider, is working with a Dallas-based client who has an immediate need for a Technical Presales Engineer to be based in Chicago. The Sales Engineers are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology aspects of the BPM sales process, they act as the key technical advisor and product special advocate. Sales Engineers must have strong communication skills and be able to articulate our technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. They must be able to identify and help to resolve all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. They must also help to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications:
Ideal Candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in enterprise software sales and knowledge of business process management technology. Must possess strong communication skills and be able to communicate professionally in response to emails, RFPs and other customer interactions. Additional characteristics include being organized and analytical with an ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
• 3-5+ years relevant experience in sales
• Experience and familiarity of Business Process Management desired, application server experience ideal
• Hands on experience with Java, .NET and database technology required
• Six Sigma, Business Process Improvement training is a plus
• A B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related field is strongly preferred.
