Sr. Developer - OO/Flash/Flex/ActionScript/XML
COMPANY is expanding its technology team and is looking for a senior developer for the client side application of our platform. The job requires significant expertise in object oriented programming and XML.
COMPANY is the leading provider of tools and strategy for companies to communicate their brand through the use of social networks, widgets, start pages, desktop applications, online calendars and more. COMPANY's fully hosted platform includes easy-to-use content management that enables brands to repurpose their content into all the places users want to engage the brand and top-to-bottom metrics so brand can see your reach everywhere. Consumers control and manage the types of information they receive through the application. This means the end-user is never overburdened by information and the content he receives is always relevant. Implementation requires little-to-no brand technical resources and we build each highly visual environment based on the brand's creative direction.
Customers include many Fortune 500 companies and top Internet Retailers.
Requirements:
* Experience with Flash / Flex / ActionScript is an advantage.
* At least five years experience with object oriented programming (ideally ActionScript but C++ or Java is OK).
* Basic knowledge of Flash with a demonstrable ability to reach the expert level quickly.
* Extensive use of XML.
* Experience with client/server applications.
* Understanding of Internet protocols.
