Eastman Kodak is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Document Imaging Division. This individual will be responsible for developing low-level USB firmware and image processing algorithms for high-speed document scanners.

Requirements:

BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent discipline

Proficient in Object-Oriented Analysis/Design

Proficient in C/C++

Experience throughout the software lifecycle (requirements analysis, design, implementation, test, maintenance)

Ability to work in a team setting and come up to speed quickly

Good communication skills - ability to sell ideas to peers/management

Initiative - results oriented

Unified Modeling Language (UML) experience

XML experience

Qualifications:

5 years Real-Time embedded software development experience

Image Processing Experience

USB controller experience
