Manufacturing company.Experience in Brightstor Arcserve and the AS400.Provide technical support to users at thefacilities by researching and answering MIS related questions, resolving problems, and providing resources.
Duties:
Answer MIS related questions via telephone and email by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding users through the proper steps.
Enter in tickets for all IT and IS related issues and provide information to users on the status of the tickets.
Monitor the network for the status of all servers at all facilities.
Monitor and administer basic services -- telephone profiles, mailbox profiles, network profiles, file server allocation, and active directory.
Monitor back up for AS400 and various other servers.
Review all job logs for any errors.
Create user accounts on the AS400, network, and email and grant access to any specified requests. Provide documentation for all access granted.
Enter in requests for all hardware and software requested from all users.
Answer after hour calls on 11 week rotation.
