We are looking for a consultant with the following background:
·A minimum of 3 years hands on experience in Opentext Livelink Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Opentext Enterprise Scan; a minimum of 2 years experience in system integration between Livelink and other systems; must have experience in J2EE Architecture, Jscript, Oracle RDBMS, Oracle Procedural SQL, and PVCS change management. Must have knowledge of Livelink version 9.5.
· A minimum of 6 years project management experience in planning and managing the implementation of large scale automated Electronic Content Management Systems (ECMS) within a large public human and health services agency; a minimum of 3 years experience in implementation of Document Scanning, Capture, and Indexing using Opentext Enterprise Scan.
· A minimum of 5 years professional experience in process flow, workflow and electronic content management; Demonstrated expertise in the business process flow analysis and design; data modeling and data mapping especially in Health and Human services agencies.
