Power Analysis, Inc. is seeking a senior developer to lead a custom application development team for our major client located in the downtown Chicago Loop. You must have 10 years of development experience with in-depth working knowledge of J2EE technologies such as Java, Spring, Hibernate, JSP, etc., and have experience with incremental, iterative application development lifecycles like RUP and Unified Process
In this role you will lead a team of application developers in executing the application development in a web based service oriented architecture environment (J2E WebLogic). Ability to determine the development process, determine and setup development infrastructure, perform analysis and design of the executable architecture, develop and test the executable architecture using requirements developed during the Inception and Elaboration Phases.
Must be self-starting, mature professional, results-oriented, quality driven, team player willing to work in a deadline driven environment, and with ability to work with diverse groups of client subject matter experts and ability to become productive with minimal ramp-up
