How can you be a part of us? We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our technology team, developing solutions that will effectively test complex technical and business solutions. The candidate should have a broad technical background covering network, application, database, infrastructure and operations architecture. This position will be responsible for managing the organization's quality assurance activities, identifying the correct testing tool suite and automating the key regression tests.

The QA Analyst will be part of a highly successful team that strives to assure products are reliable, delivered on time and meet growing business demand. The successful candidate will:
•Develop quality assurance measures and testing standards for new applications, products, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout the development lifecycle
•Evaluate, select, and implement automated testing tools
•Develop new test strategies to solve problems identified during quality assurance activities
•Participate in requirements/design reviews; develop test plans and test cases
•Analyze and understand documentation and technical specifications of any new application to determine its intended functionality
•Analyze formal test results in order to discover and report any defects, bugs, errors, configurations issues and interoperability flaws
•Engage in test planning and test execution, implementation planning, and turnover to production on multiple concurrent projects

Qualifications:
•5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
•Experience implementing automated testing tools
•Proven data analysis, data verification and problem-solving abilities
•Strong understanding of the systems development life cycle and QA best practices
•Demonstrated experience establishing or maintaining formalized project methodology, QA procedures and/or document control
•Experience planning test strategies for data and application functionality required. Experience planning test strategies for performance and load testing would be a plus
•Ability to write database queries in MS SQL
•Strong technical understanding and troubleshooting abilities
•Ability to communicate effectively with business users and technology staff
•Knowledge of Freeware testing tools desirable
•Candidates submitting an application must have legal authorization to work in the United States
