Our company develops and sells High Availability software for Microsoft systems. Our North American Headquarters is located in Austin, Texas.


The Channel Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing partners and recruiting new channel partners to grow the Neverfail business and mindshare within the Central Region. This position will also play a significant role in driving the tasks necessary to make the partners effective and able to implement a valuable and innovative program. This is a key position within the company where drive, ambition and creativity will make a big impact on the success.


Responsibilities:



  • Manage the processes necessary to create an effective channel partner, e.g. training, lead generation activities, sales material, reports, price quotations, etc.
  • Build and maintain preexisting channel partners.
  • Identify and target prospective channel partners within the assigned territory.
  • Responsible for training and development for partners on the Neverfail products.
  • Negotiate partner agreements.
  • Meet and exceed assigned quota through regional channel partners.

Requirements:



  • Must have at least 3+ Channel Sales experience.
  • Must have sales experience.
  • Marketing experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to travel at least 30% of the time.
  • Preferred BA in Business or related degree.
