Business Analyst
Ontario-based Threshold Financial Technologies Inc., a division of Versent Corporation, provides outsourced ABM and POS transaction switching and turnkey ABM (Automated Banking Machine) solutions to financial institutions and corporate retailers, across Canada. Threshold also owns and operates Canada's premier nationwide private-label ABM network branded 'Laser Cash'.
Reporting to the Manager, Switching Services, this position is responsible for various aspects of the operations of Threshold's production switching and back office infrastructure.
This position involves project co-ordination, certification and implementation of new financial institution clients on Threshold's switching services; day-to-day operation and support activities involving reporting and settlement; documentation of processes and procedures particular to client certifications, and implementations; as well as ensuring all customer needs are met from the Threshold production environment.
The successful candidate should have experience in:
• Client certifications and implementations
• Operation of the Mosaic Postilion EFT platform
• Support of the ThalaMIS back office
• Settlement & Reporting (planning, testing, documentation, support, etc.)
• Client Support
• Testing & certification processes (planning, testing, documentation, etc.)
• Process documentation
• Project Management
