We are looking for a Project Lead 2(7014) for State of Texas - Austin.
Candidates should posses the following minimum knowledge and skills:
WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
8+ Years -Experience in the Information Technology industry.
8+ Years -Experience working with all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
6+ Years -Experience building and managing development teams through use of team meetings, task assignment, mentoring, facilitation and training
6+ Years -Experience developing, documenting and executing highly effective project management, work and quality plans.
5+ Years -Experience managing in a web-based software development projects.
5+ Years -Experience leading IT organizations in Enterprise Process Improvement initiatives.
5+ Years -Experience working with the complete project management lifecycle (PMLC).
5+ Years -Experience developing, implementing and monitoring improvements to IT processes.
5+ Years -Experience producing and executing Enterprise communication plans.
3+ Years- Experience implementing Enterprise approaches to process improvement.
3+ Years -Experience managing discovery and analysis projects.
3+ Years -Success at managing resources in a mixed functional and matrix project environment.
2+ Years -Experience using industry-accepted process management models (i.e. CMMI, Six Sigma) at the Enterprise level.
Strong-Oral and written communication skills.
Strong-Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Preferences:
3+ Years -Experience managing successful technology projects utilizing SOA.
3+ Years -Experience working with IT Governance processes.
2+ Years -Knowledge of implementing SOA Governance processes.
