Are you currently a Web-Site Manager at a well known .com retailer that has a passion for Health and Wellness and would like to be around others that share the same passion?
We're creating a Health Search that is useful, powerful, and pushes the boundaries of the search user experience today. We just launched our beta product, and are looking for an experienced Site Manager to continue to drive and improve the user experience while increasing traffic and revenue. Your work will be highly visible and is core to driving traffic, revenue and a great user experience for health.live.com and healthvault.com.
Responsibilities:
· Analyze, plan, acquire, and integrate content for health.live.com
· Work with marketing to create, test and measure innovative ways to increase revenue while ensuring quality user experience
· Drive revenue on a daily basis by work with partners to test and tune advertising while ensuring quality user experience
· Drive increased traffic to health.live.com by working with the Live Search team to test, analyze and improve the health answers
· Work with internal team members and partners to update necessary areas of www.healthvault.com < http://www.healthvault.com> as new partner devices and applications integrate with HealthVault
· Interpret and analyze business intelligence web usage and gather qualitative & quantitative customer feedback to understand how the sites are being used
· Use data to make informed decisions and drive requirements to program management to improve sites and tools
· Create roadmap and schedule for site content, advertising test/innovations, and site updates.
· Manage producer and web developer, overseeing daily site operations
Qualification:
· Minimum of 3 years experience managing high traffic web sites
· Minimum of 5-7 years experience writing for the web, and information architecture, including developing vision scope, requirements specifications and gap analysis
· Demonstrated experience and commitment to working with data to make informed product decisions
· Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) and drive hard decisions across teams (internal & external partners)
· Demonstrated experience driving successful and solid user experience designs
· Ability to think strategically, act tactically, and solve problems quickly with minimal direction
· Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently from envisioning through launch and maintenance
· Experience developing customer insights from web metrics to create a data-driven experience
· Excellent project management & scheduling skills
· Enthusiasm and energy to work in a start-up environment
· BA/BS in Technical Communications, Computer Science, Information Management, or related discipline is preferred
