Daily Responsibilities:
You will elicit Requirements from business unit stakeholders, site users, and existing systems in the environment. Modeling, Prototyping and Documenting Requirements .Conduct Research and Analysis to determine feasibility of requirements based on market needs, competitor landscape and available capabilities. .Translation of business needs to technical teams .Translation of technical issues to business team .Test and Validate requirements as they are implemented (typically in the form of User Acceptance Testing UAT) .Requirements Prioritization with agency, stakeholders and project management .Establish scope baselines and control scope creep and rework .Regular progress communication in conjunction with project management on milestones, requirements development, and testing status.

Necessary Skills : Ability to communicate very well verbally and written as to elicit unorganized high level thoughts and produce organized detailed functional specifications. Should be able to participate in and conduct relevant program meetings. .Ability to conduct independent research gathering data to evolve and support initial business needs. .Ability to think critically when challenges arise between technical capability and business need that require negotiating to win\win where possible but changing requirement scope or priority when necessary. .Ability to demonstrate ideas through prototyping, screen mockups, etc. .Ability to use typical office applications such as excel, powerpoint, Outlook, Word, Sharepoint, Visio Additional Skills Desired : Experience working with external design and development agencies. Familiarity with web analytics (eg. Omniture SiteCatalyst)
