ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o Supports end-users in the use of the WebSphere Content Management application. Conducts super-user training and creates usage documentation as required.
o Ensures that business needs are clearly addressed in Project Specifications and that Web Development efforts meet the priorities set by Senior Management
o Troubleshoots system problems and provides timely resolutions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A. Experience:
o 1 to 4+ years experience working with:
o Content Management System Administration and templating
o Taxonomy and Personalization Design
o Web Content Management System (WCM)
o Workflow concepts
o LDAP to synchronize roles built within the WCM
o XML schemas
o Configuration and implementation of a WCM
o Strong understanding of diverse technical environments and platforms
o Demonstrated strong problem solving skills and analytical skills
o Experience with integration and support of various systems
o Demonstrated experience with the design, development of technical and functional specifications based on Business Requirements
o Experience with IBM Workplace Web Content Management Version 6.0 or above preferred
o Development familiarity with Lotus Notes / Domino highly preferred
B. Other Capabilities/Success Factors:
o Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, with customers, management and peers; excellent presentation skills.
o Demonstrated project management skills including the ability to effectively motivate people to adopt and cooperatively achieve common goals with ability to work independently
o Demonstrated problem resolution skills.
