Technical Account Manager for Content

Our client is looking for an innovative Manager to lead a small team to deliver highly customized content for mobile OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and operator companies. You will create and execute a strategic plan for writing and publishing high-quality software development documentation which will give the OEMs and Operators the information they need to customize their devices quickly and efficiently.
If you have exceptional people management skills, partner relationship management experience, analytical problem solving skills and an understanding of content needs for the Developer audience this is a great opportunity for you.

Required Skills for this Technical Account Manager for Content includes the following:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience managing small teams of 2 to 5 people
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Technical Communications or related discipline (preferred)
- Previous experience in Partner Relationship Management and Customer Relationship Management
- Demonstrated success managing and writing Developer content (such as SDKs or APIs)
