Information Technology (IT) consulting firm seeking an IT recruiter for a new position with a rapidly growing firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual to learn the industry with upward mobility to a senior recruiting role. Our St. Louis, MO based firm is owned and operated by technology professionals and is a leader in the St. Louis area.
Candidate must possess the following:
> Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word and Excel
> Excellent grammar and writing skills
> Ability, confidence and desire to cold call candidates
> Excellent networking skills
> Excellent communication skills
> Enthusiasm to work off-hours as needed to follow-up with candidates that can not be reached during the day
> Self-motivated/driven
> Work well in a team environment
> Well-organized
> Ethical
Primary Responsibilities:
> Source Candidates
> Check references and education
> Format Resumes to include all skills required within job spec
> Interview Candidates
> Update online candidate information
It would be considered a plus if you:
> Prior recruiting experience especially in IT
> Familiarity with on-line customer/candidate management tools
> Currently live in St. Louis
> Have a current candidate list
> Have customer contacts
> Do not have a non-compete agreement
