We're looking for savvy technologists who can share in our vision of creating a robust platform that weaves together the best elements of e-mail, calendaring, blogging and file sharing for a mass-market audience. Ruby-on-Rails developer candidates must have:
* Strong experience in one or more of the following areas
* Ruby
* Java
* Javascript/CSS
* Experience with internet web and email protocols (HTTP, IMAP, POP, SMTP)
* Experience with databases (mySQL preferred)
We would like you to have:
* Experience with large scale server applications
* An understanding of AJAX techniques
* Experience designing consumer-friendly user interfaces
* A fondness for short development iterations, clean and concise code, and working at a company where you have fun and enjoy what you do
