We are a rapidly growing Palo Alto company looking for rails developers. We work with leading businesses to radically improve their hiring processes through the use of proprietary aptitude and knowledge tests. We're seeing fantastic response from client companies and we need to grow our team immediately to expand what we can provide them.
We need 1 Ruby on Rails Lead Developer
* 1-2 years of experience developing production, customer facing R on R sites
* Ruby Expert
* Rails Expert (deep knowledge of Rails open source code & experience modifying it)
* Experience defining coding, testing, and build/release standards for R on R projects
* 75% of time will be spent as coder, 25% of time will be spent as coach to other team members
We are also looking for 1 Ruby on Rails Developer
* Experience using R on R to develop production, customer facing sites
* Intermediate ruby knowledge
* Strong knowledge of how to use Rails, but not necessarily how it is built
