You should be comfortable wearing many hats as you'll be in charge of system administration as well as application development for the rapidly expanding e-commerce side of the business. Bring your critical thinking skills to help guide the technical vision with the executive team and your coaching skills in order to execute the vision with your team.
Key Success Factors:
Proficient technical knowledge in PHP, MySQL, Java, Perl, Apache, Linux, SMTP, POP, and IMAP; Ruby on Rails a plus
Solid understanding of internet technologies
Comfortable with both Mac and PC operating systems
Knowledgeable on VMWare Machine Partitioning
Comprehension of credit card authorization processes
Management experience
Compensation: $100K DOE
